Facebook & Instagram Ad Manager in Biofood/Vegan restaurant and store niche

Looking for an Facebook Ad specialist that knows how to do facebook ads for local businesses in the Biofood/Vegan restaurant and store niches.

Needs to have at least some experience and proof is required.

The Budget proposed is a monthly payment per every client that you do, therefore for 1 client you would earn 500$, if in one month you can take care of 5 clients it will be 2500$ + bonuses if i see good ---------- tails:
- Local businesses that need new leads through facebook or instagram
- Needs to be able to give good results and have a good ROAS
- Knowledge in both Instagram ads and Google ads is an advantage
