The Corporate OD Assistant will work with the Corporate OD Officer in implementing activities/programs related to plantilla management and manpower forecasting, organizational structure review, performance management, employee discipline, learning and development, and Human Resources Information System, for a specific strategic/service group.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Psychology or equivalent.
Above average verbal and written communication skills
High level of detail and organization
Analytical thinking and problem management
Effectiveness in dealing with all levels of the organization
Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are welcome to apply
Applicants must be willing to work in Pasig.
