Lead Recruiter

KeyTiger is looking for a Lead Recruiter to join our internal team. This person will be responsible for job postings, candidate outreach, implementing and evaluating current processes, reviewing KPIs/metrics, managing recruiting teaUpgrade to see actual infombers, and making key decisions to produce the best results possible. We need a self-starter who knows how to maximize their resources!

Work Schedule: 6 AM-2 PM Manila Time, Tuesday-Saturday
Salary: $350-$600/month (depending on competency)

Primary Responsibilities:
1. Own entire recruiting process
2. Drive the improvement of each process to increase results
3. Measure weekly metrics and adjust processes accordingly
4. Increase exposure of open job posts
5. Generate new ideas in order to produce results

General Requirements:
1. Can communicate effectively in English
2. Stable, high-speed internet connection
3. Willingness to be trained and work with us long-term (must have no other job obligations)
