We're looking for an amazing salesperson who can build rapport. If you can build connections over the phone, you will do well on our team.

If you're a good salesperson, you know how long your calls should be. You don't need a babysitter getting on your case about your AHT.

What's it like to do sales at a company that doesn't measure AHT?

In 2021, one of our salespeople spent nearly 2 hours on the phone with a customer because the customer was having trouble using our registration system. He even went so far as to call the customer on Skype and do a screen-sharing so that he could guide the customer to complete the sale. What did the CEO of our company do? He called out the agent during the weekly team call and praised the agent for putting in extra effort to help the Upgrade to see actual infoasuring AHT interferes with giving good service to customers, so we don't measure it.

- Competitive commission package - $200 per week Base Pay plus Upgrade to see actual info 2021, our average sales agent made $451 per week. At the current exchange rate of 52 PhP to the USD, that's 101,625 PhP / month.
