WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for a YouTube Operations Project Manager who will manage the posting schedules and back end of up to 10 YouTube clients as a part of a project team with various responsibilities including:
Work with the Project Strategist to manage video tasks, and assign video editors, thumbnail designers, and content curators to videos, descriptions, titles, thumbnails, and marketing funnels.
Stay on top of Video Release Schedule: notify the team of newly delivered video assets, manage editing team timeline, ensure videos are completed and scheduled for release on time
Watch videos and give feedback/corrections to video editors
Task management, proofing, content uploading, optimizing video back-end on YouTube, scheduling videos, and other various tasks as assigned.
Research & Strategy. Assist the Project Strategist in title research and content strategy using the latest trends and cross-reference from channel analytics and create video scripts/outlines for the clients.
Review Edited Videos. Proof edited YouTube videos, descriptions, titles, and thumbnails prior to release for obvious errors that need revision including but not limited to grammar, spelling, punctuation, style, pacing, and Upgrade to see actual infomunication. Collaborating and communicating regularly with the team giving updates on status through the program Asana, Voxer, and Slack. Relaying information fluidly from client to team and vice versa.

-Excellent English writing and oral communication skills
-Video editing/image editing experience is a plus
-Skilled in writing copy that implements SEO in its content
-Creative video scriptwriter/outliner with the knowledge of a script layout & engaging video pacing
-Exceptional proofreading experience and familiarity with standard style guides
-Professional experience in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
-Able to work well independently & successfully as part of a team
-Familiarity with main social media platforms, especially YouTube
-Knowledge of Google GSuite, YouTube (a must), and Asana (preferred)
