JOB OVERVIEW

Home service company is looking for several people to work in our vendor scheduling and coordinating department.

The duties would include:

*** Setting up appointments with our vendors (our workers) to perform work for our customers at their home
*** Following jobs through to completion with vendor to ensure home owner is satisfied
*** Rescheduling jobs when issues come up
*** Vendor development (sourcing, training, etc)

We are looking for someone who loves to schedule appointments and make sure that events or appointments go well accordingly.

We are looking for exceptional people that have extremely good English speaking skills. As the majority of what will be done on a day-in basis is talking on the phone, we need people that feel at home in the English language and understand the nuances of the language.
