Experienced Land Investing Acquisition Assistant

I am looking for an experienced resource to help me find land investment deals. The ideal candidate should have experience performing a demographic investigation of prominent states, counties, and cities within the USA. The resource must possess knowledge with tools such as Datatree, and PropStream, or be able to call the county to obtain the list of delinquent properties and find motivated sellers. Once the list is available, the assistant will need to sort it out and send mail via Print to Mail or Rocket Print & Mail. Lastly, deal with motivated sellers by responding to phone calls, property submissions, email messages, etc. This candidate will be working very closely with me and I will be very involved at every step of the way; at least until the assistant feels confident in the dynamics of the business.
