We’re a marketing agency that specializes in the pool and spa industry looking for a creative, experienced individual with a high level of energy to join our marketing team. Our US-based team has 9 members and our Filipino-based team has 9 members. Our Filipino team has been with us for over 6 years.

The Creative Social Media Marketing Specialist will work directly with our marketing team to create and oversee multiple social media channels for our clients. The ideal candidate must have 3 yrs of experience creating content for social channels, including Tik Tok, Google My Business, Facebook, Instagram, Google My Biz, and YouTube.

Tasks, Duties, and Responsibilities:
Client Social Media Channels
• Write social copy and organize content calendar as needed
• Select client photos to compliment the post copy
• Upload all assets (copy, images, videos, and links) to Sendible and schedule posts for each client account
• The social content that contains images will be posted on Facebook, Instagram, and Google My Business.
• Quarterly upload images to Pinterest

Video Distribution - Our Agency Channels
• Tag our videos by company name and add our NAP to videos on Vimeo and Youtube.
• Download these videos from the site and upload them to our social channels.
• Organize our Youtube playlist by category by tagging.
• Gather content from various YouTube channels and our blogs and sort by category to be uploaded to websites.


Required Skills and Abilities:

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Must be proficient in social media platforms including Tik Tok, Google My Business, Facebook, Instagram, Google My Biz, Pinterest, and YouTube
• Familiar with Sendible dashboard
• Excellent organizational skills and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in Canva and various video editing platforms is a plus

Other Requirements:
• Work 8-hour days, Monday - Friday. The work day is flexible but must work 8 -11 am CST to meet with the US team
