Web Graphic Designer

I am looking for someone who understands web design from a fresh point of view. I am searching for someone who keeps up with current design trends and is aware of website design and conversion rate optimization.

The ideal candidate will know the difference between bad design and good design from both an aesthetic and technical level. When designing, you always think about mobile-first and take clean graphics, nice fonts, and spacing into consideration.

We have a full-time web developer who can bring your designs to life, but everything must be handed to him, including images (properly sized and tagged for web), layouts, fonts, spacings, etc. There may also be service pages, social posts, and blog posts that will need imagery. I will rely on you to create and/or source those images and give them to the right person on the team.

I am looking for someone who can work quickly but make great designs. I dont know that I have enough for you full time yet, but I will get there. I will test you with creating a design for a site. This is an unpaid test and will be used to see the level and speed of your work.
