JOB OVERVIEW

At Conversion Ecommerce, we owe our success to the efficiency of our organizational processes. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dedicated operations manager to oversee daily activities. The ideal candidate will have an ability to create and maintain an efficient system of operation to support the business needs. Should have a sharp business mind with a track record of success managing multiple departments toward maximum productivity. The candidate should be capable of multitasking and working cross-functionally with different teams that will display a proven ability to develop and maintain an environment of trust and diversity. You'll also be an expert in human resources, finance, and information technology management.

As the owner of all inventory and product details on the website, this person must be extremely organized, thorough, and detail-oriented. A successful Operations Manager works continuously to implement and improve systems and processes, monitor and analyze data to achieve goals, and optimize performance across all departments, as your ultimate responsibility is to increase our operational efficiency within our organization. You must be highly analytical, organized, and a systems thinker.

Job Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of Shopify, inventory management, order processing, fulfillment, and customer service
- Develop, review, analyze, modify, and implement processes, systems, policies, procedures, and documentation with a focus on optimizing performance across each area
- Source, evaluate, and implement new Shopify and other software applications, negotiating deals and contract terms
- Monitor order processing, fulfillment, and customer service, troubleshooting issues, making decisions, and creating SOPs when faced with operational difficulties
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols
- Manage customer service associates, providing day-to-day support, and ensuring efficiency, clear communication, brand voice, and customer satisfaction
- Maintain constant communication with management, staff, and vendors to ensure proper operations of the organization
- Upload and maintain Store inventory, product descriptions, and merchandising, ensuring accuracy and optimization
- Grow the efficiency of existing organizational processes and procedures to enhance and sustain the organization’s internal capacity
- Actively pursue strategic and operational objectives
- Ensure operational activities remain on time and within a defined budget
- Track staffing requirements, hiring new employees as needed
- Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable departments
- Manage timely data collection to update operations metrics to achieve productivity targets, reduce cost per unit and eliminate errors
- Partner with cross-functional support teams in improving the proprietary tools and systems
- Other general tasks and special projects that arise (flexibility needed)

Qualification Preferred:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to develop leaders and excellent motivational skills
- Strong Leadership with Initiative ability.
- Excellent ability to delegate responsibilities while maintaining organizational control of branch operations and customer service
- Well-developed Analytical and Problem Solving Skills
- Can work under pressure, Goal-oriented.
- Knowledge of general business software and aptitude to learn new applications
- Experience leading and owning cross-functional projects that improve a user experience or solve a problem within Shopify or other apps.
- Experience advocating, negotiating and driving results amongst competing priorities and metrics
- Proficiency in Shopify and Webflow
- Proficiency with Clickup, Slack, and Google Drive
- A self-starter attitude and a passion for working in fast-paced environments

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary begins at $5 per hour during the three-month trial period and increases after the three-month period is completed

We are flexible for the hours but must agree to a fixed schedule availability in the PST Time zone Monday to Friday.

Supplemental Pay - 13th month salary
