FP&A Manager / CFO / Controller Needed

Moura Accounting is a US startup firm that provides CFO, Accounting, Bookkeeping, Tax, BPO, and FP&A services to small businesses in the US. We are looking for someone to head our Finance and Accounting departments, and lead our team of remote Philippines workers.

The Head of Finance & Accounting, Client Services is responsible for FP&A (Finance) and Client Accounting Services (Accounting) teams. They will help to lead both Accounting and Finance teams to deliver services to clients on time and with quality. We are a firm that values people, pays for performance, and are growing people. Key responsibilities:
- Responsible for FP&A (Finance) and Client Accounting Services (Accounting) teams
- Reviews and approves key deliverables for clients (weekly & monthly reports)
- Responsible for design, implementation, and continuous improvement of internal processes and controls for Finance and Accounting departments
- Reports to Chief Operating Officer
- Responsible for training and staffing of Finance and Accounting teams
- Responsible for managing budget of the Finance and Accounting cost centers
