Job Description:
* Offload the CEO and reduces CEO stress by assuming responsibility for a variety of tasks to support the CEO’s workflow and productivity without needing significant management
* Assist CEO in all areas of day to day, health, and well-being
* Maintain and manage the CEO’s schedule
* Manage the CEO’s
* Complete a variety of comprehensive administrative tasks that enhance the CEO’s and team’s ability to effectively reach company goals
* Develop strategic systems for organizing, planning, and coordinating business affairs such as booking trips/events, appointments, and scheduling daily meetings without errors for the team
* Prioritize inquiries and requests, while troubleshooting conflicts to ensure smooth day to day engagements
* Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
* Make informed and appropriate decisions regarding sensitive information and duties
* Provide excellent customer service, fostering relationships between internal members of the team and affiliates, partners, and customers.
* Assist with special projects when necessary
Note: Knowledge in Excel, QuickBooks, SharePoint (Dropbox), Word, and PowerPoint is a plus
