Facebook Marketing / Creative Expert

We are a large ecommerce pet brand that runs a ton of Facebook ads. For this role, you will be joining our marketing department, and you will be deploying new ads on a daily basis while also managing budgets - trimming ads that are not working and scaling budgets on ads that are winning.

The other side to this role is ad creative. We have a team that is well-rounded where everyone works on their own ad creatives, but also runs their own ads. So being able to open up photoshop and create an ad design, or multiple iterations of an ad design, is crucial to this role.

We run advertising with pretty large budgets, so you'll need to be consistently testing new ideas and creatives to see what works.

We're looking for somebody who's passionate about marketing who's a great communicator, and that can also execute and manage campaigns with very little hand-holding. The ideal person is excited about marketing and stays up on current trends.

Lastly - this role is great for somebody who loves dogs!
