HR specialist- Recruiter

HR Ninja Needed!

I am looking for a happy, humble, honest, and hard-working HR manager who can work as a team—someone who can "own" the HR department, someone who can hit the ground running, someone who knows their tools, crafts, software that can help systemize the HR department.


Must be able to:
- Interview candidates over the phone.
- Screen the CVs based on the requirements given.
- Onboarding new employees. Develop systems to improve the hiring process if needed.
- Work with little supervision - independent

Skills:
- Great communication skills in English
- Must sound nice on the phone.
- Meticulous and with at least 3 of experience.
- Detailed oriented (A MUST)

The job is part-time but long-term.
