JOB OVERVIEW

SUBX FINANCE LAB is a Singapore-based blockchain-as-a-service provider for businesses to integrate web3 technologies into their products and services.

Job Description:

-Identifying new sales leads, and building a pipeline of sales opportunities, to achieve revenue targets and other KPIs set by management.
-Oversee assigned accounts, including enquires, negotiating deals, operational improvement, and campaign participation to maximise growth.
-Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to stakeholders.

Responsibility:

-Overlook & manage sales team activities in a specific area and/or for specific accounts
-Develop & maintain a continuous sales pipeline across the accounts assigned to you
-Maintain and provide a detailed and continuous sales report and forecast
-Continuously expand and maintain your network of business professionals
-Be the main point of contact for all customer account management matters
-Develop proposals, conduct sales conversations, give presentations
-Actively understand each customer’s strategic growth plans, technology, and needs
-Stay updated on industry trends & issues affecting the prospect
-Ensure the proper handover of sold projects to the responsible team, and follow up on the status of the order fulfilment until a project is fully delivered and fully paid up
-Researching organisations and individuals online to identify new leads and potential new markets
-Researching the needs of other companies and learning who makes decisions about purchasing
-Contacting potential clients via email and/or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
-Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
-You will lead a team to overlook and manage sales activities in a specific area and/or for specific accounts
-You will develop and maintain a continuous sales pipeline across the accounts assigned to you.

Minimum Qualification :

-Graduate with a Bachelor's degree in any field
-At least 3 years of B2B Sales and Account Management experience
-Resourceful in getting new accounts and clients
-Good team player with an aptitude for sales and the ambition to constantly outperform your KPIs
-Proficient in CRM Software (Salesforce, Hubspot, or equivalent)
-Good understanding of PM Software (eg. Asana)
-Good written and spoken command of English
-Good communication skills
-Good organisation skills
-Have a strong interest in blockchain technology

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Php38,000.00 - Php70,000.00 per year
