The Recruitment Specialist is responsible for leading the recruitment activities in E&L which may involve overseeing the other members of the recruitment team. The Recruitment Specialist is also responsible for keeping abreast of recruitment trends and actively supporting the HR Supervisor in developing recruitment strategies for E&L.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Recruitment
Posts job advertisements
Screens applicants based on job requirements
Schedules applicants for exam and initial interview
Administers the online assessments
Conducts initial interview for Associate and Specialist levels, and Supervisors as needed
Endorses qualified candidates to Hiring Manager for final review
Updates HR Supervisor when an applicant is for job offer
Sends pre-employment requirements to applicants who accepted the job offer
Prepares the Recruitment weekly report for HR Manager
Minimum Qualifications
Graduate of Psychology or any behavioral course
At least 3 year experience in the Recruitment Department
Willing to work in Antipolo City*
Good in writing
Flexible and eager to learn
Can work with minimal supervision
