Suitable applicants are invited to apply for the following part time position:
This position is an ongoing part time role with an Australian based automotive accessories company selling primarily on Amazon USA. Intially the position will require approximately 7-8 hours per week with work to be completed by early Wednesday morning each week. Over time the position has the potential to grow into a larger and more varied role.
Immediate tasks:
- Inventory level and location monitoring and reporting
- Inventory forecasting using spreadsheet forecasting tool
- Inventory purchase and shipping recommendations
- Maintenance of orders and shipping accounting spreadsheets
- Creating shipments within Amazon account
- Inventory related data entry
Other potential tasks:
- Scheduling of quality control appointments
- Communication with suppliers and warehouses regarding inventory orders and shipping
Prerequisites for the position:
- This role requires a very high degree of accuracy and a proven ability to pay attention to detail (when you apply, please give an example of how you have used these qualities in a recent role/task).
- Most work must be completed by early Wednesday morning (Philippine time) so applicants must be able to manage their own time effectively and consistently.
- You need to be confident with using spreadsheets and systems.
- Excellent English language skills, verbal and written.
Desirables for the position:
Previous experience in inventory management roles and experience working within Amazon accounts is highly desirable.
