UI / UX Designer Needed

A small but growing firm in Vancouver is looking for a UI/UX designer to work on multiple exciting projects as the company grows. A web app and new look website are the most immediate projects, and there are more to come soon. You will be working directly with the President of the company and other staff members to take our business to the next level

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Design and develop the overall user experience and look of the newest version of our tool. Focus will first be on the web app and then other potential projects such as mobile app and website
• Gather requirements, and collaborate with the team to provide assessment/recommendations
• Prepare and present rough drafts
• Conduct testing
• Develop UI mockups
• Design and create collaterals

REQUIREMENTS
• Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
• Portfolio of design projects
• Knowledge of wireframe tools
• Up-to-date knowledge of design software
• Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
• Good time-management skills
