We are looking for an experienced Jasper Reports developer or consultant. The ideal candidate will need to be fluent in designing and developing reports using Jaspersoft; this role will have the primary responsibility for report development and analysis, including data validation. This role requires a thorough, detailed, creative, and sharp analytical person who can effectively collaborate with others to identify report requirements, design features and specifications.

Jasper Reports Developer/Consultant Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain reports by translating functional requirements into easy to use, flexible reporting solutions and dashboards.
Write and understand SQL queries against databases (PostgreSQL in particular)
Verify correctness of data extraction and reporting functionality
Refactor SQL to enable reuse and improve robustness and analyze problem i ---------- , debug SQL and implement fixes

Jasper Reports Developer/Consultant Requirements:
Experience in developing Complex Reports using Jaspersoft Server and Jaspersoft Studio
Experience in Jasper Report Server administration, installation and configuration
Experience in report deployment and configuration
Experience in Jaspersoft Architecture and Deployment
Knowledge of User Management in Jaspersoft Server
Understanding of the Overall architecture of Jaspersoft BI
