Accountant / Bookkeeper / QuickBooks Professional - 9am-5pm U.S. Eastern Standard Time (9pm-5am PH Time)

We are looking for an experienced accountant with solid bookkeeping skills to work closely with our accounting team using QuickBooks DESKTOP. A general understanding of the bookkeeping and accounting needs of builder contractors is required.

Full-time 40-hour-a-week Philippines night shift
• U.S. Weekday Daytime (9am-5pm U.S. Eastern Daylight Time)

Nature of work will include:
• Inventory management, job costing, purchase orders, vendor billing, customer progressive invoicing, pay vendors and expenses
• Payroll processing using QuickBooks Enhanced Payroll
• Communicating with Americans by voice & text using Microsoft Teams

Vital:
• Experience with all aspects of QuickBooks DESKTOP (contractor edition preferable)
o Including employee time tracking-payroll, AIR, AIP, general ledger, job costing, inventory, purchase orders, vendor billing, and progressive invoicing
• Knowledge of GAAP
• Strong core computer skills, MS Office, MS Excel, and Outlook.
• Advanced aptitude for figures and problem-solving
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
• Ability to write and speak well with good English grammar

Training:
1. Training will be provided to top up these core skills.
