JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for Technical Support Representatives for both morning and evening shifts. This is a full-time, work-at-home position.

You will be required to respond to technical and general customer queries from our clients via help desk, twitter, facebook and forums. Experience or at least some level of familiarity with cPanel/WHM control panel and Linux is required. Experience with Plesk, Ensim, etc. will be a definite plus. Necessary training will be provided if required.

You must have excellent English (written and verbal) communication skills.

You are expected to already have a fast and reliable internet connection and will be required to remain online throughout the duration of their shift.
