Position Overview:

As a Web Developer, we’re looking for a candidate who will be responsible for the innovative design and layout of our website including creating themes, plugins and doing automations. You must have a strong understanding of industry trends and content management systems and fashioning everything from the home page to site layout and function.


Primary Responsibilities:

1. Designing, building and managing the website’s front-end and back-end including database and server integration
2. Converts comprehensive layout and wireframes into working HTML pages
3. Helping formulate an effective, responsive design and turning it into a working theme and plug in and performing automation
4. Using scripting or authoring languages, management tools, content creation tools, applications and digital media in designing and implementing new features and functionality
5. Evaluating code and ensuring it meets the industry standards, is valid, properly structured, and is compatible with browsers, devices or operating systems.
6. Write well designed, testable, efficient code by using best software development practices and determine user needs by analyzing technical requirements
7. Ensuring high-performance, availability and manage all technical aspects of the CMS
8. Create website traffic through Search Engine Optimization

Qualifications

1. 2-3 years proven web development experience with high degree of independent judgment and knowledge in automation processes
2. Solid understanding of how web applications work including security, session management, and best development practices
3. Working Knowledge in ClickUp, Zapier and GoHighlevel
4. Experience with the responsive and adaptive design is strongly preferred and experience SEO
5. Good understanding of technologies including HTML5, CSS3, Javascript, jQuery, Restful API’s, and versioning tools
6. Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple tasks within the constraints of timelines
7. Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment, learn rapidly and master diverse web technologies and techniques.
