Job Description -

Docking Drawer is the market leader of in-drawer electrical outlets. To support our rapid growth, we are seeking to hire a Senior Executive Assistant reporting to the executive team. About you -

You have 5 years of marketing experience and are seeking a long-term working relationship so as we invest in each other, we can grow together. You are excited to help a busy executive team on all types of initiatives from digital marketing, e-commerce, social media community management, customer service, managing projects in our project management tool Wrike, booking travel arrangements, and more. The more you learn about Docking Drawer the more projects we can assign to you. You love Zoom and are comfortable communicating both verbally and in writing. You have impeccable grammar skills and are comfortable with speaking to people on the phone. You glide through sending messages in Slack and more important, you ask questions to gain understanding. Being inquisitive and fun are plusses. You are fun and easy to do business with.

Required Equipment -

Computer
Zoom (Video Meetings)

Software Experience desired -

Communications - Slack, Zoom, Wrike, Loom, ReAmaze or similar
Project Management - Wrike or similar project management experience utilizing a project management platform like Asana, BaseCamp, Monday, etc.

About the job -

We are directly hiring for this position and we are not an agency
We are building a team of 8 in the Phillapeans and we currently have 2 people on our team
Hours - 7am PST to 3pm PST - Monday to Friday

This role has the potential to grow specifically into a leadership role leading our remote team in the Phillapeans and into other areas of our business.

Payment -

We pay hourly for the first 3 months
We pay hourly employees every Monday via Wise
$300 USD bonus retention bonus after 90 days
After 3 months we would convert you to a monthly salary. Salary employees get paid US and Phillapean holiday and vacation days.
