IT Position

Our company is in need of IT specialist qualifications are of the following:

1. Bachelors Degree Holder
2. With or without experience
3. Dynamic, self starting
4. self-accountable
5. Observant/quick learner
6. Willing to be trained.

Useful Skills :

Installation, configuration and testing of not-so-basic software (windows and some Linux)
Remote access tech and troubleshooting - RDP and/or Teamviewer
Virtual machines - Hyper-V and/or ESXi (we presently use Hyper-V on a DL360 but want to migrate toESXi)
Linux software RAID (mdraid, LVM, VG, et al)
Backup technologies - workstation, laptop, server/hypervisor, and NAS offsite
Documentation / procedures - Can write, test and/or vet systems procedures for things like backups, new machine rollout, imaging (build/deploy) user on-boarding, etc.
Experience with Ticket or Help Desk systems (we use Spiceworks and WHMCS)
Scripting/pgmg skills - PowerShell would be GREAT. Other languages like PHP, Python, ECMA/JS, Bash/shell scripting, etc. could be useful to some degree but they must be willing to learn/master (and possibly teach me) PowerShell and/or some Bash.
Virus/malware research/cleanup skills

Alternately/additionally :

Ecommerce (build/operate/maintain web store like OSCommerce or ZenCart)
SEO expertise/knowledge
