ABOUT THE JOB
We are a eCommerce company that sells online and on Amazon. We need a person who is RELIABLE, has good organization skills, and is willing to do various customer service and eCommerce processes, as needed.

CUSTOMER SERVICE (about 1-2 hours a day)
1) Respond to Customer Service eMail Requests
2) Reply to customer questions
3) Process orders for warranty repairs
4) Respond to product reviews
5) Request product reviews

MARKETING (3-5 hours a day)
1) Schedule and Implement email campaigns (Mailchimp)
2) Update post-purchase email communication sequence (Feedback Genesis)
3) Update re-targeting lists using email and phone numbers
4) Update Private Blog network content
5) Update social media content
6) Adjust media bids and, keywords for Amazon PPC

PRESS RELEASES (1-2 hours a day)
1) Write press releases (or source them)
2) Proof and Edit for keywords and URLs
2) Post & release press releases

REQUIREMENTS
-Speak and write English (Writers, Teachers and Editors are preferred.)
-Has own computer (capable to run MS Excel)
-Has high-speed internet
-Good spreadsheet skills (sort, remove duplicates, pivot table, write formulas)
-SKYPE account with webcam and headset

ABOUT COMPENSATION:
• Salary will be based on experience
