Virtual Assistant Dropshipping via Shopify

Hello,

We are looking for a VA that can help us with different tasks within our business. We run a multiple 7-figure dropshipping business and are looking for a driven and hard working colleague to help optimize processes within the business.

The tasks you will be doing:
- Making sure all products in Shopify are named correctly and images/descriptions are correct/look professional.
- Ask our supplier for quotations of all new products added by our copywriter.
- Be the contact person for all different categories within our business (Customer Service / Copywriting) to make sure processes are optimized.
- Other task to keep the website/products looking clean for our customers

What we ask from you:
- You speak and communicate fluent in English
- Are able to use DeepL to make sure all product names etc. are correct in their native language
- You know how to use Trello/Slack
- Have a Shopify partner account (can also make one if not it's very easy)
- Familiar with dropshipping/e-commerce and Shopify
- Hard working and likes to learn
- Previous experience is a must
- Can work 7 days preferably

The first few days to a week you will be intern working with us where we show you all the processes untill you completely understand them. We expect you to work independetly after that and when question arrive to act quick and communicate via Slack with us.
