Business Analytics Associate

Key Responsibilities:
- Create automated, regular, and ad-hoc reports, either descriptive or predictive, and provide insights on how to improve the business;
- Create and manage the application databases of FSG;
- Report to management any abnormal movements in any business metrics and propose corrective and preventive measures for implementation;
- Propose incentive schemes, KPI metrics, process improvements, and new products, including their financial and non-financial impacts, which will lead to better overall business profitability;
- Evaluate the performance of ongoing and recently concluded business initiatives;
- Perform market research and provide competitive analysis on various companies’ market offerings, identify market trends, pricing/business models, sales, and methods of operation;
- Interact and coordinate with internal and external parties in relation to the above tasks.
