Graphic Designer

Hello, I'm looking for a graphic designer(s) for our e-commerce store. We are looking for someone who can take designs and put them on blank tshirts quickly. Someone who is experienced with photoshop, illustrator and canva is preferred. I am also looking for a self starter who does NOT need much direction who is also hardworking and reliable.
