We are a growing immigration law firm based in New Zealand. The job is a combined role of VA + Proofreader.
Tasks
1. Answer
2. Write blogs.
3. Digital marketing –

6. Collect documents from clients. A checklist will be provided.
7. Proofread documents.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Great English (Speaking and writing)
- Experience in dealing with clients whose first language is not English.
- Must have access to fast internet with a reliable computer.
- Excellent organization skills
- Pay attention to details.
- Understand how to deal with clients.
- Has good IT understanding.
What we offer
- We want a full-time staff (40 hours per week)
- One month trial (paid & 20 hours week) first, then it will be ongoing and can be permanent.
- Promotion opportunity: As our business expands, we will have more Filipino staff. You will be promoted to a team leader position to support and train them if it happens. Of course, you will be paid more when it happens.
- We will provide training for our IT system and offer checklists and templates.
