Creative Director

We are looking for a full-time creative director to help us manage the creative-marketing side of our company. The creative director we are looking for needs to be an expert in Facebook & TikTok ads in regards to everything “creative” related.

Role:
- Write out Facebook & TikTok scripts for our video editors.
- Write out ad copies, headlines, etc.
- Plan on creative projects & testing schedules (video creatives, ad copies, thumbnails, etc).
- Manage our video editors (Give them video projects and ensure they are producing excellent creatives).
- Manage our influencer manager (Ensure that we are getting amazing & relevant content).
- Plan out thumbnails with the graphic designer.
- Stay up to date with all the latest adverting & design trends on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.

Additional information:
- We provide bonuses based on performance and KPIs hit.

Requirements:
- Expert in Facebook & TikTok ads in regards to everything “creative” related - This would entail a deep knowledge of the ads that are working well on Facebook & TikTok, competence in writing compelling scripts, creativity when coming up with scroll stoppers, a good eye & intuition when it comes to video creative design, etc.
- Awareness of all the latest trends in advertising & design for Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Great time management & organizational skills - This is essential when it comes to planning out creative projects and testing schedules.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to inspire the creative team to give their best.
- A very creative mind - it is essential for this role.
- Strong written & verbal English.
- Passionate about creatives & content - always strives to learn more and produce their best work.
- A positive attitude, big dreams, a desire for excellence, and a competitive mindset.
- Coachable and open to constructive criticism in order to increase skill set.
