SEO Optimized content creation

I would like to hire a full time VA to create SEO optimized content for three websites

Candidate should be able to identify 15 keywords for each website, and create content that is SEO focused. Please note that the market for the above websites is the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia. Therefore, the SEO strategy would need to be targeted towards those markets.

Content will also be adapted to social media by the VA.

Content would be in English, strong language command is required.
