IT specialist with Google Work Apps

Command Group Recruiting is trying to find the best solution for its IT support structure. We have used Dropbox and we have used SharePoint. We would like to find someone with experience in Google work (https://www.google.com/work/). Specifically to manage:
- setting up and migrating emails to google (using our domain name)
- setting up Google apps to integrate with Outlook and Microsoft office products
- setting up Drive for sharing properties and migrating files from SharePoint
- setting up Google vault for corporate pw protection
- setting up Google hangouts
- setting up Google sites
