-Verbally Fluent in English
-Able to read/follow callback scripts in English
-Primary duty to call customers and confirm order details, obtain authorization for certificate issuance
-Able to record, edit and share audio and video of calls/call log
-Works on new and existing customer orders
-Will also search for evidence relating to customer orders, take screenshots, log evidence/notes in custom application
-Coordinate with the customer on evidence that may be needed and/or callback scheduling
-Support and answer customer questions throughout the evidence gathering/verification call process
-Self-starter who can flourish with minimal supervision
-Additional language fluency is a Plus
-Attention to detail is a Must
