motocross parts Ebay lister, do not apply if not great work ethic and if not very familiar with motorcycle parts

Hello, i have an ebay store since 4years, I buy used dirt bikes and part them out (mostly 2 strokes), and take pictures of the parts that i send to you.
You just have to list the parts adding some information you found on the websites i provided.

I will provide some training of course but the job is pretty simple, it just requires to pay attention, have common sense and be able to recognize most motorcycle parts.

I am looking for someone serious and independant in their work, that is willing to keep a job, care for it, and help my company grow, you must love motorcycles.

IMPORTANT: I have hired multiple assistants in the past and treated them well, gave them a lot of freedom, payed them on time the wage we agreed on, gave them promotions etc... to then realize they were lying on their working hours and/or kept making mistakes because they didnt care or were not paying attention. So i ended up firing each and every single one of them, and then had to hire someone else, and train them again...

So if you are only looking to make a little bit of money for a short amount of time, and you do not really care about this job, i am not interested in working with you please do not apply.
However if you have a great work ethic, you love motorcycles and are willing to work with me for a long time, in the near future i will give you more work hours, promotion opportunities, schedule freedom etc...
