Real Estate Acquisitions

Primarily, the job entails calling warm leads who have already expressed interest in selling their vacant land. You will be gathering information about the property, gauging seller motivation, then using this information combined with due diligence to discover the purchase price. You will then create a purchase agreement and send to manager for approval, then forward to title company once signed.
