Our company sells handmade products in person and online. We are looking for a Virtual Assistant to provide administrative and customer service support to our team. The Virtual Assistant will perform various administrative tasks, including answering
The individual filling this role should be able to handle administrative projects and deliver high-quality work under minimum supervision. These tasks are expected to fill 40 hours per week.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Respond to
Schedule meetings
Book travel and accommodations
Manage customer and prospect contact list
Prepare inventory spreadsheets and keep online records
Organize managers’ calendars
Provide customer service as the first point of contact
Perform website updates
Complete applications for trade shows and ensure appropriate and timely follow-up.
Manage online seller accounts
Other office tasks and sourcing
REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role
Familiarity with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services, and VoIP
Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office)
Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar)
Excellent phone,
Excellent time management skills
Solid organizational skills
DESIRED SKILLS BUT NOT REQUIRED
Experience using ZOHO and ZOHO suite
Experience using Shopify
Experience and knowledge of Google Analytics and Google AdWords.
Experience using Klaviyo.
Amazon seller account and google shopping
QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma
Excellent command of English language (native speaker preferred)
Strong writing and editing skills
Additional qualifications as an Administrator or Executive Assistant are a plus
