Who are we looking for?:
The Client Care Coordinator is an individual who is self-driven, detail-oriented, and an analytical thinker. They are able to work independently but also thrive in a team environment. This individual is responsible for tracking and monitoring communication with our clients so strong organizational skills are a must. The Client Care Coordinator is also responsible for updating data in spreadsheets as well as our CRM system so this individual is comfortable utilizing technology. Strong communication skills are needed to provide written and verbal updates to the team as well as draft correspondence to Upgrade to see actual infosential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Monitor CRM reports ensuring the team stays in compliance with the laws of the pipeline
• Prepare reports for weekly check-ins with our leads and past clients
• Review notes and previous conversations to determine best next steps with clients
• Schedule follow-up tasks in CRM system
• Monitor Slack channels for any next steps or action items
• Review spreadsheets and databases to ensure all information is up to date
• Conduct online research for relevant value add information to provide clients
• Takes notes on webinar recordings to share with clients and the team
• Monitor social media engagement
• Participate in growth opportunities

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
• Ability to work independently on assigned tasks as well as accept direction on given assignments
• Quick to respond to requests and dependable on follow-through
• Ability to learn programs and databases quickly
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent writing and communication skills
• Thrives in a team environment
