ABC Nannies & Domestics is a nationally recognized and award-winning staffing agency that specializes in finding exceptional nannies, private educators, newborn care specialists and household staff for busy families throughout Colorado. We are a small, rapidly growing company run by a team of smart, savvy, hardworking women and are looking to add an incredible Recruiter/Placement Assistant to our internal office team!

In this role as a remote Recruiter/Placement Assistant you will be in charge of helping us find the best and the brightest candidates on the market! No cold calling required...zero!

JOB DETAILS:

This position is full-time and the schedule is Monday-Friday 10:00am-6:00pm MST (Denver Time). We are also open to 9:00am-5:00pm MST if it’s a better fit for your lifestyle. This is a full-time long-term role. We're looking for someone who can grow with our company for 3-5+ years to come, and is solely dedicated to this position (NOT working other freelance jobs). Most of our ABC teaUpgrade to see actual infombers are with us 5-7+ years, and we hope the same for you! This position pays between USD $5.00 - $8.00+/hour based on your professional work experience and work history.

DUTIES INCLUDE:

• Answering all inbound calls and transferring them to the appropriate person on our team
• Quickly responding to incoming text messages, slack messages, emails and phone calls, and always providing excellent service
• Advertising available roles on various job sites, our company website, networking in Facebook groups, and being active on our social media channels. Must feel confident creating content in Canva.
• Reaching out to potential candidates via online recruiting platforms to encourage them to apply to ABC
• Helping us assess the candidate’s skills and capabilities as well as their likability (and ultimately, hire-ability!) once an application has been submitted
• Scheduling interviews for strong candidates
• Collecting and verifying candidate documents prior to presentation to our clients
• Creating ABC branded candidate resumes in Canva
• Supporting our Placement Directors with as-needed administrative tasks
• Attending daily, weekly and monthly teaUpgrade to see actual infoetings via Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Google Meet

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

• 3-5+ years of full-cycle recruiting and sourcing experience
• English skills are incredibly important in this role – both written and verbal. Native fluency (or close to it) is required as well as a thorough knowledge of American slang, idioms, and pop culture.
• Knowledge of G-Suite (including G-Drive), Excel, and Canva
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong and reliable WiFi and internet that supports video chat via Zoom
• Reliability and dependability
• Organizational and time management skills

• A new(er) computer that is capable of running multiple programs at one time (we are an Apple office!)
• A professional appearance, dress, and background at all times since you will be the face of our company
• A 4-year college degree is preferred
• Proven track record of working for a company for 2-5+ years
