Customer Service Expert

We are looking for a female customer service expert.
We sell premium baby bottles and baby bottle teats. We are looking for a mother who understands the needs of other new mums, and has been through the experience of breast and bottle feeding. Please get in touch if you have the following skills
- strong written, and English speaking skills
- experience with email customer service
- Zendesk preferable
- Google spreadsheet basic skills - entering in data, filtering columns, searching tabs, basic formulas
- Facebook - replying to comments, and messages
- great attitude and willingness to learn
- Amazon platform
