Stirling Upgrade to see actual info is looking for a motivated Social Media advertiser with strong graphics design skills willing to roll up their sleeves and get the job done! We need someone who has the talent to ramp up quickly and is willing to learn new skills needed to continue our rapid growth.

This role combines two important business needs: Social Media Expertise and Graphic Upgrade to see actual info is critical that you have proven experience with Facebook Business Manager & Ads Manager and can produce a strong ROI.

Stirling currently employs 5 full-time people in the Philipines and looking to add one more! The job hours are from 9am - 5pm EST (New York Time). We have daily check-in calls to discuss daily activities, provide team updates, and brainstorm ideas for future growth.

Requirements:

2-3 Years of successful SMM management experience
Intimate knowledge of Facebook / IG ad manager with proven results in launching marketing campaigns
Excellent English writing skills as you will be doing posts for the businesses
Strong Excel / Google Sheets Management
Experience in the CBD space is highly preferred
Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop experience

Job Description:
Manage Daily Social Media Posts for Stirling and Stirling Professional
Create attractive posts on FB/IG/Linked in aligned to business strategies and in coordination with our Marketing Lead
Create FB/IG ads using FB ad manager. Track ad metrics and report on the results of the campaigns
Align to FB rules on ads for CBD products
Create Landing pages for the ads that drive traffic to the website
Daily reporting on the progress against goals on the team call

The position will pay between $4.00 and $5.00 / hour, depending on experience. Only candidates who have the words "Amazing SMM Manager" in the subject line of your reply will be considered.
