Branding and Website Refresh - Squarespace

I am looking for a skilled website designer for Squarespace.

My website is already created, organized and developed. I am looking for an experienced developer who can confidently come in with a consultant approach.

Responsibilities:
• Email Design - design, edit, and manage email designs for Blackhawk and its clients for:
• Email marketing including banners, graphics, photos, icons, fonts, and layouts
• Paid advertising platforms including Google Display, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads
• Print brochures, pamphlets, tri-folds, one-sheeters, sales rack cards, and business cards
• Billboards, show banners, trade shows, other physical creative
• Brand Design - create and manage the brand library for Blackhawk and its clients including:
• Brand [removed]keynotes, one-pagers, graphics)
• Keep track of common practices as they change
• Take a thought and turn it into a tangible design for review and iteration
• Take unknown parameters and force constraints on the end product
• Give direction to team and clients about how something will turn out before we start work
• Create mockups for beginning designs
• Organize information so that it’s visually understandable
