Experienced VA for big brand

* You must have 2+ years of experience in e-commerce as a VA or in other skills mentioned in this job post, and you know what you are doing.

*You must have worked with big brands before

You will be:
- Responding to clients through e-mail within 24 hours and working with the email flows in Miro.
- Bringing the Trustpilot review up to 4.7 stars and above.
- Grow our Instagram from 19.700 to 25.000 within 6 months
- You give a presentation each week with a reflection on the steps you have made and the steps you are going to make.
- You search for women on Instagram or TikTok that will make content for us (raw content or UGCs)
- You let them make viral content for advertisement.
- You learn and work on how to set up Email and SMS flows and campaigns
- You make sure 30% of the sales will be from email and SMS within the next 6 months.
- You assist me with other tasks
-You must have experience with high-quality stuff like setting KPIs, sending me reports, updating me on your work etc.
