- Someone who has a minimum internet speed of at least 20mbps.
Job Description:
* Manage a database and screen leads for entry into that database
* Perform public records searches (essentially a title search like in a real estate transaction) and make decisions on which leads will pass to the next stage
* Track metrics weekly and monthly for review
* Ensure the processes are followed and make sure processes are being followed, highlight problems to management for resolution
* Search for leads meeting certain criteria via LinkedIn and web search, create a database for contacts, and send cold Linked In messages
* Other admin tasks such as monthly updating of Quick Books expenses and sending for review to management
* Creation of invoices for clients
* Other admin tasks as needed based on workload
Note: Knowledge in Podio, Excel, Quickbooks, and Google is a plus
