Case Manager

As a CM, you will be working for U.S. based law firms whose advocacy is to fight for people who incur injuries (and even death) due to the fault and/or negligence of another. The CM provides support to the attorneys in making sure that clients are given proper care, medical treatment, and compensation for all the damages they suffer.

Supporting the lead attorneys come with the following responsibilities and qualifications:

Duties and Responsibilities


1. Participate in forming strategies based on the facts and circumstances are surrounding each case

2. Communicate with clients, providers and other parties in the legal community

3. Proactively help clients through their medical treatment

4. Review, analyze and summarize case files and medical records

5. Ensure files remain up to date

6. Escalate issues to the attorneys as necessary

7. Prepare demands, monitor negotiations and offers

8. Maintain a positive attitude and a winning culture

Qualifications

1. Customer service experience

2. Excellent writing and verbal English communication skills

3. Outstanding attention to detail

4. Time management and organization skills

5. Computer literacy specifically on Microsoft office, Adobe PDF, and related tools

6. Responsible, self-motivated, and believes in the advocacy of fighting for the rights of the people.
