System Analyst II Job Description and Qualifications
Job Description:
• Knowledge in various operating system like Windows, Relation Database Management System (RDBMS) like MS SQL and Oracle; software development tools like Visual Basic and Java.
• Structured Systems Analysis and Design and Systems Development Life Cycle is a must. Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD), Agile, Scrum is a plus.
• Skilled in using modeling tools such as Unified Modeling Language (use case, swimlane), dataflow diagram, process flow diagram, entity relationship diagram, data dictionary and SQL.
• With skills in VB6, VB.Net and Java is a plus
• Exposure to Service Oriented Architecture, Cloud computing, Business intelligence, API or service driven, ETL and related technologies and or integration to legacy systems is a plus.
• Able to communicate with medical and non-medical clients in the institution
• Tolerant to different demands of clients and to stress; proven communication (verbal and written), presentation skills, analysis, organizational and management skills.
• Presentable, strong work ethics, team player, dependable, systematic, self-motivated, multi-task oriented; systematic and detail conscious; creative and patient with high level of integrity and maturity.
• No preference to assignment site, Quezon City or Global City.



Qualifications:
• College Degree(Compuyter/ Computer Science/ Information Technology, Computer Engineering) or college degree in Accountancy or others areas in commerce with background in Information Technology.
• With (2) years work experience in any/all of the following: end-user computing, system support, systems analysis and design
• Experience in maintenanace and/or full cycle development of administrative Applications e.g. Hospital Information System, Billing, Hotel Management, Ware House Inventory, Procurement/MRP, Retail (POS,Barcoding), HR systems (HR Employee Self service, work force, time keeping/Biometrics, PAYROLL) Customer relationship Management and Financial systems). If with SAP background and or integration to SAP is a plus.
