Acquisition for Real Estate Investor

We are looking for our next Real Estate Sales Expert with Acquisition Experience for Real Estate Investors

Must have:

2-3+ years experience is required
Can work on a graveyard shift

Responsibilities:

Facilitate the contract process by building rapport and overcoming objections with clientsUse market trends, comps, data research, site walks, and outreach to assess property value and condition
Manage leads and follow up through daily CRM use to update and stay on task until deals are closedFollow up on all leads and requests for information
Research investment and partnership models, real estate market and geographical trends, and prepare letters of intent, contracts, and other business administration paperwork as needed for the sale


Qualifications:

Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and superior phone skills to set and close appointments
3 or more years of experience as a real estate specialist in real estate sales, especially acquisitions,
is preferred4-year college degree in Sales, Business, Real Estate or related experience highly desired
Requires an enthusiastic passion for real estate asset sales and goal-oriented personality
