Estimating Assistant

Duties
Assisting and supporting with Estimating tasks for a small commercial builder in Perth, Western Australia
Assist with pricing jobs based on scope of works, as well as plans and tender documentation
Contacting sub-contractors to source prices
Producing, preparing and reviewing subcontractor quotes and tenders
Processing variation pricing and submissions
General tasks to assist the project management team where required

Criteria:
A minimum of 1-3 years experience in a similar role
Highly analytical aptitude, commercial and numerate
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent time management skills and strong attention to detail
Knowledge of BuildXact software
Ability to read plans
