The Company:
New Zealand container company based in Auckland
The company is extremely focused on operational excellence and outstanding company culture.

Responsibilities:

1.. Drivers support
- Supporting drivers with their requests
- Resolve any issues which may occur
- Reminding drivers their booking times

2. Customer support
- Respond to customer’s queries
- Follow up with the drivers ETAs
- Make bookings for drivers,

3. Removing Bottlenecks
- Standard Operating Procedures, Building Systems, Etc
- Resolving issues at the root cause

- Full-time (6am - 5pm New Zealand Time)
- Start ASAP
