Enrollment Advisor/Sales Agent

Job description:

Reach out to prospective students to build awareness of the University's course offerings and requirements through phone calls, email, and other communication platforms
Keep a high level of knowledge about existing course offerings and other services
Anticipate the needs of the prospective students, address them accordingly and make recommendations as appropriate
Follow up on prospective students, if necessary

Qualifications:

excellent oral and written communication skills
superior interpersonal skills
ability to take initiative and work independently
exceptional organizational skills
good familiarity with word processing, spreadsheet and database applications
