Job Description

As a Community Manager, you'll be responsible for monitoring, responding, and engaging our online Upgrade to see actual infoom social media to our online course community you'll manage our company's brand and image through community interactions. Your duties include creating and publishing content on all media platforms, reviewing social media and other marketing metrics to build and improve campaign strategies and crafting responses to customers’ feedback and messages on various platforms.

Detailed Responsibilities

You’ll be working closely with the Social Media Manager & Marketing Manager to identify a community management game-plan and work-flow. You'll be responsible for monitoring and collecting feedback from our target audience to assist in marketing and sales campaign development.

+ Monitor all online platforms for communications directed towards the company.
+ Monitor and respond to comments on social media and our online course communities.
+ Monitor and respond to all direct messages on social media.
+ Research and engage other influencer's and brands for potential partnerships and collaborations
+ Respond to all reviews.
+ Find partnership and collaboration opportunities.
+ Submit performance reports as requested.
+ Other responsibilities as deemed necessary by management.

REQUIRED Skills & Experience

To do this job, you’ll need :

+ Excellent American English written communication skills
+ Social Media Savvy
+ Ability to engage others through written word.
+ A desire to standout.
+ A fast learner
+ Detail oriented
+ Ability to use communication and project management softwares like Slack, Monday, Google Suite, and etc.

Work Schedule & Holidays

+ This is a full-time position Mondays through Fridays 9AM - 6PM PST
+ You’ll qualify for 4 vacation leaves and 4 sick leaves after a 6 month probation period.
+ We honor most holidays
+ MUST HAVE RELIABLE WI-FI
+ Must have the necessary hardware (computer) & software to execute job role.

$700 Per Month To Start For Full Time Work (40 Hours Per Week)
With Exceptional Performance, You Could Be Eligible For A Raise As Soon Your 6 Month Probationary Period Ends.
